FactoidTo create the mixed choir effect, I first recorded myself singing the part and shifted the formant slightly upward. I then layered a female vocalist over that to add texture and variation. To capture the children's choir sound, I asked my 10 year-old niece and her friends to record themselves on their phones and send the audio clips via WhatsApp. I layered their recordings into the mix, blending them with the existing vocals to achieve a rich, multi textured choir feel.
