Factoid: Thirteen is considered unlucky in many cultures, and even has an officially recognised phobia called Triskaidekaphobia. The superstition seems to be connected to the fact that 12 was considered lucky - 12 days of Christmas, 12 full moons in the year, 12 people at the last supper etc. One more just spoils it all.
